Terms of Service
Terms of Service
The conditions for using this website and for booking a nutrition consultation through it.
What these terms cover
These terms set out the conditions for using this website and for booking a consultation through it. The site is operated from Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 99, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, 90142, Indonesia. By using the site or submitting a registration form, you agree to these terms.
They apply to every page of the site, to the registration form that starts a consultation request, and to the advice and materials a dietitian shares with you afterwards. Where a specific page adds its own rules, for example the privacy policy describing how your information is handled, those rules sit alongside this page and do not replace the rest of the terms.
The six sections below run in the order a visitor meets them: using the site, registering for a consultation, what the service is and is not, payment and scheduling, materials and ownership, and limits and changes. Read the parts that apply to you — most visitors need the registration and nature-of-service sections first.
Using the website
Use of the website
Plain rules for visiting the pages, reading the guides, and sending information through the forms.
-
Lawful purposes only
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Reading the guides, comparing consultation topics, or sending your own intake details are all normal uses.
-
Accurate submissions
You agree not to submit false information. The advice you receive is built from what you send, so invented details only lead to advice that does not fit your household.
-
No interference or scraping
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or use automated tools to submit forms or scrape content. Access may be suspended where misuse is detected.
-
Content may change
Content on the site is provided for general information and may be updated or removed without notice. Consultation topics, guides, and pages are reviewed as the practice adds material.
Registration and consultations
Submitting the registration form requests a consultation; it does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after the team offers a slot and you accept it.
You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form and food diary, since the quality of the advice depends on it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf.
The flow is deliberately simple: the intake form on the registration page records who the plan is for and what they normally eat; the dietitian reviews it before the first session; the slot is then offered by phone or email. Nothing is charged or scheduled until you accept the offered time.
Nature of the service
This service provides nutrition education and meal-planning support delivered by registered dietitians. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Nothing on this site or in any consultation should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.
If a dietitian considers that your case requires clinical care, the consultation may be paused or declined until your treating professional is involved. That pause is a safety step, not a judgement on your request.
Where the boundary sits
-
Included
Food education, portion and meal-pattern guidance, practical planning for the household, and answers about what to cook next.
-
Not included
Diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, laboratory work, or any replacement for the care of your own doctor.
-
When a case is paused
If the dietitian believes clinical input is needed first, the consultation stops and resumes once your treating professional is part of the picture.
-
Everyday scope
Family meals, school and work lunches, snacks between activities, and the shopping that makes a plan stick.
Payment and scheduling
Any fees for consultations are communicated before a session is confirmed, so you can decide on the time with the cost in front of you.
- Fees
- Shared with you before the session is confirmed.
- Scheduling
- Handled through the contact details published on this site.
- Rescheduling and cancellation
- Also arranged through the same contact details.
- Missed sessions
- Missed without notice are not automatically carried over.
- Sessions we cannot run
- Where a session cannot proceed for a reason on our side, an alternative will be offered.
Intellectual property
Text, plans, and materials provided through this site are for your personal use. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute consultation materials without written permission.
You keep ownership of the information you submit through forms and food diaries. Sharing a recipe card or a shopping list with your own household is normal use; posting a full consultation plan on a public page is not.
Related pages that describe how we handle personal information and site data:
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where a page, a consultation note, or a meal plan contains an error, tell us and we will correct it — a correction is quicker than any dispute.
In plain terms
If something on this site goes wrong, we will look at it and put it right. We do not promise that the site will never have a fault, and we are not responsible for losses that sit beyond the use of the site itself.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
If a change affects an appointment already booked, the team will say so when confirming the session rather than leaving it to the page alone.
How do I know which version of the terms applies to me?
The version published here on the day you use the site or book a consultation is the one that applies. If you book a session and the terms change before the session is confirmed, the team will mention the change when the slot is offered.
Can a family member submit the registration on someone else's behalf?
Yes, provided the person the plan is for agrees. A parent or guardian handles the registration for anyone not able to enter into the agreement themselves, and that person should be present or contactable during the consultation.
What happens to my food diary after a consultation ends?
You keep ownership of what you submit. The team keeps a working record only for as long as it is needed to give the guidance and to answer follow-up questions; the privacy policy sets out the details of storage and your choices.
Where do I ask a question that these terms do not answer?
Phone +62 411 362 5500 during Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, or write to Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 99, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, 90142, Indonesia. If your question is about a current consultation, mention the name used on the registration.
Questions about these terms?
Send a message with the part of the page you are asking about, and the team will answer during working hours. For a consultation request, use the dedicated registration route so your intake details arrive in one place.
